Real Madrid Won't Pay More Than 27 Million Paunds For Luka Modric

The Spanish champions have made the final verdict regarding the Croatian midfielder as they have stated that they will not pay more than 2 million Pounds for the Tottenham star.
This season Real Madrid have yet again penetrated into the transfer market. Even though they haven’t made a big signing yet, but there is no doubt that whenever Madrid enter the market, they sign one of the best players in the transfer market.
For now, Barcelona have made an impact by signing one of the best left-backs in the transfer market, Jordi Alba.
The Catalan giants have filled the void left by Eric Abidal and after they sign one more defensive player, their squad will be complete to start the new Spanish La Liga season next month.
However, Real Madrid are still looking for players in the summer transfer window. The Spanish champions need one right-back and a centre-midfielder who can play deep in the centre of the pitch.
Jose Mourinho’s midfield problems began when he signed Nuri Sahin so that he can replace Xabi Alonsowhenever the Spaniard needs rest. However, Sahin has not even shown glimpses of his former self and that is the reason why the Portuguese tactician wants to sign Luka Modric.
The talks between the two clubs have definitely not stopped yet. There were rumours that Tottenham Hotspur wanted 35 million Pounds for their star midfielder. However, now reports suggest that Los Blancos have given Tottenham Hotspur a verdict regarding the transfer and the Spanish giants have told the North London club that they will not be paying more than 27 million Pounds for the Croatian star.
Luka Modric is definitely a player to keep in the team and he is a dream signing for Real Madrid at the moment.
Xabi Alonso has not been getting the well-deserved rest and with Modric in the team, the Spanish champions will have that one extra player who can change the cause of the game.
Modric proved his worth not only playing for Tottenham last season; in fact, while representing his national team in the Euro 2012, Modric was able to perform phenomenally and since then he has been under the Real Madrid radar.
The transfer saga has now taken another turn, especially after Real Madrid gave a verdict to Tottenham regarding the player’s transfer fee.
